How does Today Express tracking work?
Enter your tracking code on the home page to see the current status, route and last update time. The page refreshes automatically.
Where do I get a tracking code?
After the order is created, the code is sent to the recipient automatically via WhatsApp or SMS. Format: TEKG-202512-T1624AAD. If the message didn't arrive, ask the sender.
What do the statuses mean?
A parcel goes through four stages: Accepted (order created, courier picked it up), At warehouse (being prepared for dispatch), In transit (traveling between cities), Delivery (courier is on the way to the recipient or has delivered).
Why hasn't the status changed for a while?
Statuses update when staff enter data into the system, and natural pauses happen between stages. If it's stuck for too long, contact the sender or our support.
Tracking code not found — what should I do?
Check the input for typos and spaces (case matters). If the code was just issued, wait 5–15 minutes. Double-check the code with the sender.
How do I share the parcel status?
The tracking page has a Share button: WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram or copy the link. The recipient sees a preview with the current status and route.
