Every Today Express parcel gets a tracking code like TEKG-202607-XXXXXXX, and the recipient gets a link via WhatsApp. Here is how to use it.

Where the code comes from

It is sent to the recipient automatically right after the order is created. If the message didn't arrive, ask the sender for the code and enter it on the tracking page.

What the statuses mean

• Order accepted — the courier will pick up the parcel soon.
• Picked up — on the way to the warehouse.
• At warehouse — being prepared for dispatch.
• In transit — traveling between cities.
• Arrived — in the recipient's city.
• Out for delivery — arriving today.
• Delivered — the parcel is with the recipient.

Status hasn't changed for a while?
